01

Separate fee categories

Distinguish gateway processing fees from blockchain network fees, exchange or conversion spreads, withdrawal costs, and any plan-level charges.

02

Calculate exception costs

Late, partial, or wrong-network payments can take support time. Include that time in your comparison if your customers are new to crypto checkout.

03

Review reporting needs

Accounting teams need exportable records with timestamps, asset amounts, fiat equivalents, transaction IDs, and refund notes. A cheap gateway can be expensive if reconciliation is messy.
